About Our Service
At Roof Estimating Services, we are dedicated to providing a top-quality service to all our customers. We have over 25 years of experience in roofing services in both software and quantity surveying.
We estimate for customers all over the UK; from small domestic pitched roofing, to large industrial flat roofs. We pride ourselves on both our reliability and our speed in providing the best possible service to our customers.
We customise our service and work with you to provide bespoke estimates for exactly your needs. You can see examples of what we do in the section below.
Merchants
From Watts to Burton to AJW or Skyline merchants both large and growing use us to provide their customers with accurate materials lists. It increases their sales and wins customer loyalty by providing them with a complete service.
Sales staff are not estimators. Time taken from selling to your customers, making new contacts or dealing with stock means that it costs you to provide those estimates yet without the professionalism and accuracy that we can provide. Many of our merchant customers provide that service to their customers at a cost that is given as a rebate on the sale.
Our turnaround is three working days (often faster) which means you can quickly give your customer what they want.
Contractors
As a roofing contractor, large or small, you have a lot on your plate managing your workforce, getting the right materials to site and dealing with the never ending stream of onsite issues that all jobs bring with them. Off loading your estimating to our service allows you more time to concentrate on getting your bid right and winning more profitable work.
Our team of estimators accurately measures and lists all the materials you will need. We often raise issues or problems that the job may face so that they can be dealt with early and efficiently saving you problems and disputes later.
Whether it’s a small house, a housing development site, a school or a high rise development in the heart of the city, we can help you complete your bid. We work closely with all the main clay and concrete tile manufacturers, slate providers and flat roof systems with access to their technical services departments so that we can make sure that the advice we give you is current.

Send us your spec
We send a quote
We’ll contact you if we have any querries. We then provide a price for you to agree to before we carry out the roof estimate works.
You receive estimate
We send you the detailed roof estimate in an Excel document. This will include a full breakdown of product spec, fixing spec and all associated costs.
